TERMS AND CONDITIONS/POLICIES
We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly experience. These Terms and Conditions/Policies are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our guest, by reading and checking “I agree”, you are agreeing to abide by all of our terms and conditions, and procedures. Our Terms and Conditions/Policies may change from time to time, so please check back often.
Someone will be in the office across the street at Morse Enterprises Monday-Friday, between 9A.M. and 5P.M. For our current residents, you can call (804) 413-1804 if you need assistance. In case of an emergency, call 911. There are emergency and non-emergency numbers listed in the Guest Room Binders, as well.
If it is found that there have been pets in the guest room, there will be a $150.00 cleaning fee.
This includes e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, etc. If it’s is found that any type of smoking has taken place, there will be a $150.00 cleaning fee.
Confirming your stay after you enter your credit card information guarantees your reservations. Reservations must be cancelled one week (7 days) prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid being charged full amount for your stay. Reservations will be held until 11:00 A.M. the morning following your scheduled arrival date. If you have not checked in by that time, will attempt to contact you. If you cannot be reached, the full amount will be charged to your credit card and the balance of your reservations will be cancelled. The Callis House Inn is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes.
Check-out time is 11 A.M. Your room code will not work after 11 a.m. Please be mindful that you have all of your belongings before you close the door. If you require a later check-out, please contact our staff at (804) 413-1804 prior to the day of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply for late check-out.
We will make every effort to honor special requests such as a Pack N’ Plays and roll away beds. All special requests are noted on reservations and we will do our best to accommodate. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 P.M. to 9 A.M. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact staff immediately by phone at (804) 413-1804. Please be considerate to other guests. televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating or running in halls.
VISITORS: No visitors after 10:00 p.m. Visitors must always be accompanied by the registered guest. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times.
NO IN-ROOM PARTY
Loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are not allowed or tolerated on these premises.
Large group/Block reservations must be canceled (4) weeks prior to arrival date. Reservations cancelled after that date may be charged full price plus tax for each room reserved.
Housekeeping is provided daily. Rooms are cleaned and inspected daily, and a detailed log is maintained on each room and linen. Rooms are rented to guests in appropriate condition without any prohibited odor. Housekeeping and other staff are trained and skilled in identifying the odors from prohibited items. If our investigation concludes that you have smoked in your room, cooked, or brought a prohibited item into our facility, you will be fined a $150.00.
As the parents, guardians, or chaperones of children you are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise them at all times. Please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roam the hotel property unsupervised.
FIRE SAFETY POLICY
The hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors, fire safety information in Guest Room Binder, and emergency evacuation plans on the door of each guest room. Please review this important information.
PARKING AT OWN RISK
Parking for registered guest(s) is free. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. The Callis House Inn shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the hotel property. No vehicle repairs on hotel premises.
DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF HOTEL PROPERTY
You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room(s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. The Callis House Inn reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at time of reservation and charge or debit the credit /debit card to the amount that will cover the damage. Guest Rooms found with waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to a cleaning fee of $150.00, or third-party fees.
CHANGES OR MODIFICATION TO THE HOTEL POLICY/HOUSE RULES
The Callis House Inn reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these Terms and Conditions/Policies or the arrangements and content featured on our website at any time without prior notice. Please check our website regularly for updates to the Terms and Conditions/Policies. Any modification to these Terms and Conditions/Policies that occurs before your departure is considered a part of your reservations agreement with us. A copy of these is in the Guest Room Binder.
